The New New Orleans Spring Fiesta Association enjoys a long tradition of presenting French Quarter homes and courtyards for tours. These much-looked-forward-to events serve to delight visitors and educate them about the unique history and architecture of the celebrated Vieux Carré. Participants are able to enter these private spaces, which are rarely open to the public.

The New Orleans Spring Fiesta tour series takes place annually in the fall, winter, and spring. The first of these is the Hidden Treasures Halloween Home and Courtyard tour in October, followed by The Holiday Home and Courtyard tour in December. The season finale is The Spring Fiesta Home and Courtyard Tour, which takes place as part of the Association's Spring Fiesta in March or April.

Each experience begins at the New Orleans Spring Fiesta Townhouse, then winds its way through the Vieux Carré to lovely homes and courtyards where visitors learn about the mystery and history of the French Quarter and its beautiful architecture.
